By Road

From Johannesburg follow the N3 Durban bound past Midmar dam wall to the R617 off ramp (Southern Drakensberg). Turn right on the R 617 to Underberg. In Underberg turn right to Himeville. Travel through Himeville and turn left at cross roads to Sani Pass. After 9.5 kms on gravel road look for the Sani Valley Lodge sign on the left. 3 kms of scenic drive brings you to the Lodges.

From Durban follow the N3 Johannesburg bound, past Pietermaritzburg and Hilton until you get to the R617 off ramp at Merrievale. (Southern Drakensberg). Turn left on the R617 to Underberg. In Underberg turn right to Himeville. Travel through Himeville and turn left at the cross roads to Sani Pass. After 9.5 kms on gravel road look for the Sani Valley Lodge sign on the left. 3 kms of scenic drive brings you to the Lodges.
